Friday Playoff Game: Paris expects Cat fight

The Paris Wildcats face off against the Kennedale Wildcats this Friday night at the Ron Poe Stadium in Mckinney. With kickoff at 7 p.m. fans will be in for a great game as the Paris Wildcats try to stop the 2017 state runners up.

The playoffs at this level comes down to who plays their best game, they are not unmatched teams. Strengths and weaknesses of both teams are very similar and will come down to who avoids costly penalties, and which team does not crack under the pressure of those Friday Night Lights.

Paris has already faced arguably the most formidable opponent this season in the Argyle Eagles and many believe Paris would have defeated them were it not for many turnovers and unnecessary penalties. Paris cannot let those kinds of rookie mistakes happen from this point forward if they are looking for a state appearance. Kennedale brings a 9-2 overall record with their average game score being eight points higher than Paris, but the game could go either way.

Make sure to stay updated on the game as eParisExtra will have live Facebook updates and immediate game results tomorrow night starting at 6 p.m.
